Request times out when installing a starter pack skin.
I'm trying to install Umbraco 4.7.0 on my local IIS 7.5, on my Windows Home Premium laptop. Everything goes well until a select a skin to install. Then, selecting any of the four available skins results in me getting an ASP.NET error message:
Request timed out.
Can anyone suggest how I can get started resolving this issue?
