I am trying to install a local instance of 4.7.0. with WPI 3.0 I have already made a couple of sites in 4.5.2. In Step 1, the 'Web Site' dropdown shows 'Default Web Site', and a few others that I've created in the past, but does not show 'New Web Site', like the 'Installing Umbraco' pdf says it should. I can type in "'Umbraco CMS' Application Name", but the rest of these fields are grayed out and I cannot type in them.
Web Site Name, Physical Path, IP Address, Port, & Host Name
They prepopulate with values if I change the web site in the drop down. What is going on?
