    Setup a SMTP server on localhost umbraco 4.7

    Hello,

    I am trying to setup umbraco so contour is able to send emails.

    I looked at this wiki site:

    http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Umbraco/FAQ#Where_can_I_configure_my_SMTP_server.3F

    And have done all the changes.

    In formHandlers.config there is also a tag:

    <parameter alias="server">127.0.0.1</parameter>

    Have i to use this also?

    On my site no email is send. Have i to setup something in IIS?

    Oh i found the solutin.

    I have to use the mailsettings tag instead of using the described umbraco tag.
