    Trying to upgrade from 3.06 to 4.0.1

    I'm a newbie here so please be kind.

    Trying to upgrade from 3.0.6 to 4.0.1 and I'm getting a series of horrid errors.

    Complaining about the "ASP.global_asax" existing in multiple places.

    Compiler Error Message: CS0433: The type 'ASP.global_asax' exists in both 'c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\0bcd2ef1\e6c01829\assembly\dl3\619a7479\0049ca9b_72aec901\App_global.asax.DLL' and 'c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\0bcd2ef1\e6c01829\App_global.asax.4ubrq5cx.dll'

    Any ideas - I'm at a total loss?
