Downloaded source, Configured in IIS7, 404s. What's wrong?

I downloaded the latest release code into d:\projects\umbraco\, then pointed my "Default Website" in IIS7 at d:\projects\umbraco\.

I expected to be able to navigate to http://localhost/umbraco/login.aspx to get started but I just get 404s.

I'm simply trying to start with a clean install for IIS7. Is there something I'm missing?

OK, I'm a huge idiot. I had .NET 4 installed but it wasn't registered in IIS. A simple aspnet_regiis -i fixed me up. :-)
