How do I upgrade umbraco 5 to the latest nightly build?
Is it different then the others?

Can you give me some short instructions?

The steps to upgrade from RC2 to latest nightly is the same as described here: http://umbraco.com/follow-us/blog-archive/2012/1/11/umbraco-5-rc-2-is-on-codeplex,-ready-for-download.aspx (upgrading from RC1 to RC2) - hope this helps.
