In my 4.7.1 install, i am missing three of the admin sections, Settings, Developer and Members. I am logged in as an administrator and do not see those options in either the section pannel on the left nor the user control panel. If i try to go to the section by url, such as /umbraco/umbraco.aspx#developer, it just sends me back to the start screen.
