    upgrade manager want's to install new database when upgrading

    Hi,

    I upgraded my Umbraco 4.7.2 website to Umbraco v4.8.0 by copying the /bin and /umbraco_client folders to the root of my website.

    This went fine. However my Xslt-script generate an error after this upgrade.

    Then I upgraded my Umbraco v4.8.0 website to Umbraco v4.8.1. This starts the Umbraco upgrade screen, however after clicking the 'Accept and Continue' button, I get the Database Configuratation screen to install a new database??

    Anyone else encountered this issue?

    Just tried to upgrade another website from Umbraco v4.7.2 to v4.8.0 and then 4.8.1, and I encountered exactly the same problem. Upgrading to 4.8.0 worked, although a Razor script on my homepage was broken. But when upgrading to 4.8.1 the upgrade manager wants to install a new database.

    So upgrading my Umbraco 4.7.2 websites to Umbraco 4.8.1 seems a no-go at the moment.

    ok, my bad. Just type in the db connection data and the upgrade to 4.8.1 works just fine.
