Duplicate Media Folders Umbraco 4.9.0 after upgrade

I'm sure I've seen this before, haven't had much time to debug as yet.

All working fine but I have two identical Media Folders.

What I've tried:

- Deleting all records from 'umbracoAppTree' table

- Removing all 'Media' references from the Trees.config file

Any ideas?

Couldn't edit post.

Should say that the Media folders above are actual Media folders with duplicate Recycle bins.

Same problem here.

Upgraded to 4.9 from 4.7.2
