    Making changes to a live site

    umbraco v 4.10.1 (Assembly version: 1.0.4701.30218)

    Hi All,

    What is the easiest way to make changes to a live site when developing in Visual Studio?

    I could copy the whole site and db then reupload both once I've finished, but I may overwrite any changes made by editors etc.

    Does concierge help with this by only uploading relevant changes? If so, does this include the database and can concierge be purchased for a non Pro umbraco ? Is there a way to do this without any specific add ons?
