    Using Nuget for the first time

    Hi,

    I just created an new empty website in VS 2012 and installed Umbraco (4.10.1.1) via nuget. I've done nothing else.

    When I try to run the site I get a NullReferenceException. There also appears to be no install folder, which makes me think I've missed something quite fundamental. What gives?
