I'm trying to upgrade umbraco 4.7.2 -> 6 (I do it on copied site) I did all the steps from here [our.umbraco.org/documentation/Installation/Upgrading/general] and here [http://our.umbraco.org/forum/getting-started/installing-umbraco/36029-Upgrading-from-472-to-410]
After that when I try to do upgrade it looks as if it installs new instance (asks for db details) even though they are alredy in web.config. Then after I fill in all the details (should I?) it just stucks on Db configuration screen (The Umbraco database is being configured. This process populates your chosen database with a blank Umbraco instance.) Doesn't go anywhere further.
I haven't upgraded Umbraco before. What is expected behaviour? What could I have missed?

Apparently it's because I try v6 and it's not compatible somehow.
I upgraded to 4.11.3.1, upgrated worked fine, site is not working though but I will create another topic for that.
