Umbraco works a bit different than most CMS's. Where in other CMS's you might get hundreds of packages for simple tasks, Umbraco goes the route of giving you a framework to easily create these types of functions yourself (after all, one guys implementation of a "testimonials" package, is very rarely the same as the next guys).

I started creating website using umbraco in my company, i'm in need of testimonial package... can any one provide me the solution....?

What I would suggest then is to have a poke around some of the starter site packages such as http://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/creative-website-starter-(cws) and http://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/standard-website and see how the core umbraco concepts can be used to create such a feature.
You might also want to checkout http://umbraco.tv too for sub great starter tutorials.
