Waiiii! Umbraco Auto Rename my nodes to (1) >.<

Hit Save....

Node becomes "Home (1)"

I haven't changed a thing.

Have seen this behavior on other pages within the site.

Renaming doesn't fix it either.

What could be the cause of this?
