    Upgrade Umbraco 4.10.1 from .Net 4.0 Framework to 4.5?

    We're using Umbraco 4.10.1 and currently have the .Net 2.0 and 4.0 frameworks installed. We're considering upgrading our .Net 4.0 framework to 4.5. Are there any known issues? I searched the bug tracking database and didn't see any.
