    The configuration section 'umbraco Configuration' cannot

    Hi,

    i downloaded latest source code and make all necessary changes in IIS after running of setup it builds successfully after browsering it shows below error please help i wasted a lot time on this error

    The configuration section 'umbraco Configuration' cannot  be read because it is missing a section declaration

     

    Line 32:     <compilation debug="true" targetFramework="4.5" />
Line 33:   </system.web>
Line 34:   <umbracoConfiguration>
Line 35:     <settings configSource="config\umbracoSettings.config"/>
Line 36:     <BaseRestExtensions configSource="config\BaseRestExtensions.config"/>
