Should be a no brainer but i messed something up with the connection string the first time and now it wont fire the upgrade/installation wizard. Do i really need the wizard? There are no database changes between those releases (i think).
I tried to do a Kludge and change the version number in the web.config. That made the installer kick in and reset the version number. What triggers the wizard? (besides changing the version number)

You could restore the bin folder to the 4.11.4 dlls files and after that upgrade them to 4.11.10 again. That might start the upgrade wizard.
