Also make sure that you have setup an empty umbraco database on your database server and don't change the web.config until you have either made an installation (Without customizing) or enter the details if you choose to customize and select another database than CE SQL, which is the default.
Need help, getting error during installation
While installing umbraco on my local machine I am getting above error.
Also, getting problem to establish sql connection during installation as 'sa' password is not accepted.
If anyone having idea about it, please share.

Make sure you read the installation documentation - From what you write above I suspect that you're trying to do a manual installation, which you can read more about here http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Installation/install-umbraco-manually
Also make sure that you have setup an empty umbraco database on your database server and don't change the web.config until you have either made an installation (Without customizing) or enter the details if you choose to customize and select another database than CE SQL, which is the default.
Also make sure that all system requirements are in place: http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Installation/system-requirements and that you setup permissions properly http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Installation/permissions
