Our company is currently on Umbraco v 4.7.1.1. We are looking to upgrade to the newest version: v7.1.4.
I’m new to our company and have very little experience with Umbraco. How would one go about about grading from that specific version to the newest? Is it a version by version upgrade, or can you skip straight to v7.1.4?
What is the easiest process to take for installing Umbraco for upgrade?

About upgrading an Umbraco install I think that you should take a look at Lee Kelleher´s upgrade path, I've had great success using it you can find it here:
