I'm trying to move a website from sqlce into sql server (and struggling with logins as http://our.umbraco.org/forum/using/ui-questions/4790-ouch-forgot-admin-password-how-to-reset?p=2 doesn't seem to work for me).
I've just completely deleted everything from the database so it's an empty sql server db but all the files have been copied over to the iis server.
Should it still be displaying a website when I go to the url?
I'm convinced it's looking at a different db so I will continue looking but I'd be interested to know what I should see with an empty db
Hi Steve
Have you deleted the /App_Data/umbraco.config file as well?

I have an it hasn't made any difference - actually neither has stopping iis so I think I need to grab our server team and find out why it's not behaving.
Looking at completely the url so no wonder it wasn't matching up. Thank goodness for that
