    ABC for installing RestAPI please

    Hi, I wanna try out the restAPI but I dont really know how to set it up, and I'm not having any luck when I try. I'm using visual studio.

    • Should I use 7.3 RC?
    • Should I download the nuget packet for the RestAPI and build it seperatly to get the latest version (only -preview packet is found in vs packet manager) or is the RestAPI built in in 7.3?
    • How do I quicly test if it's working using the HAL browser?
