    After upgrading to 7.3.0 can't run project anymore

    After upgrading to 7.3.0 can't run the project anymore. I get the following error message:

    Attempt by method 'System.Web.Http.GlobalConfiguration..cctor()' to access field 'System.Web.Http.GlobalConfiguration.CS$<>9__CachedAnonymousMethodDelegate2' failed.

    Google doesn't offer much help, maybe you can?

    Same error on my project. Updated through nuget and after that project can't be run anymore.

    Any suggestions?
