Can anyone recommend file synching software to copy from master server to load balanced servers, ideally opensource.

I really need a good solution too.
DFS only works in a domain, which I prefer not to use.
I've used Allwaysync http://allwaysync.com/ for years. It's not free but at only £12 works great. Sync to folders, FTP sites or even Amazon S3 buckets.DC
