If I have developed site on a local machine and now it's ready to be loaded on a host server, do I have to install Umbraco on host server or do I just copy all the umbraco files and DB backup on the server? I still want to add new pages and new content and maybe make some minor changes in the future.

Hi Uros,
Yes, you should be fine with just copying the all the files and restoring the database (and updating web.config if the connection string has changed).
