do you have a backup of your old web.config? if so have a look and see what lines got added... it looks as if the facebook connect package adds 2 lines:
- 2 AppSettings entries in web.config (FacebookAPIKey and
FacebookSecret)
so have a look for those and find what their integrated mode equivalents should be. or post those 2 lines here and someone should be able to help.

After iinstalling the facebook connect project I get this error on my site:
HTTP Error 500.22 - Internal Server Error
An ASP.NET setting has been detected that does not apply in Integrated managed pipeline mode.
The package: http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/facebook-connect was used on a v4 Umbraco since it was vers. independent ..

Yes, I see the added lines, but have no idea how to solve it - the site is still down, but theres a Umbraco guy on it right now ..
