I'm sure umbraco can run in a virtual directory, but may cause unpredictable issues which can be hard to find and solve. But it's recommended to use a different IIS site for your umbraco installation. Can you do that?
Just create a new site in IIS, point it to the directory where umbraco is installed on your local disk.
Commerce4umbraco website Setup with link issue?
i have setup the commerce4umbraco starterkit website & configure its database & iis both.
i can view the home of this site on my local iis.
But when i click on any link which redirect to other pages of the site then link will not work?
it redirects me to http://localhost/pagename link..but my home page is running on link
http://localhost/commerce4umbraco47.local/ ;
my virtual directory name is "commerce4umbraco47.local".
how can i provide approriate link to other pages?
what should i do in this scenario?
