Is there a package which allows you to feed website content out as RSS automatically? I came across CPalm (http://www.cpalm.dk/blog/2006/06/07/umbraco-rss-package.aspx) but it's from 2006, so I'm not sure it even works on the latest version of Umbraco.
Certainly the CWS2 package has an example of taking content and turning it into RSS. Try installing this on a clean umbraco instance and copy the fiels you require.
Remember that the your website is represented in XML at /data/umbraco.config, if you just want to export the entire site.
