I can't get the UmbracoUrlAlias functionality to work.
1. I have added a umbracoUrlAlias text property to my document type, and assigned a url value to a page.
2. I navigate to the page by entering the url added in the umbracoUrlAlias property and the page, everything works as it should.
3. I press F5 to refresh the page, now i get Page not found, No umbraco document matches the url.
Why does the umbracoUrlAlias url only work the first time, and not when reloading the page?

It normally still works when you refresh the page.
Are you working locally in IIS7?
What is the document's name and the url alias?
Yep, works here as well.. Are you using Umbraco 4.0.x or 4.5?

The umbracoUrlAlias are working perfectly in my sites as well. I haven't tried the alias function in v. 4.5 though.

It's an Umbraco 4.5 site, running localy on Windows 7 (IIS 7.5), get the same result on different pages, on different levels.
When testing this on Umbraco 4.0.3, it's working fine, the page can be refreshed.
Does anybody have a solution for this issue. Is it really a bug in 4.5 or perhaps a misconfiguration in the web.config file?
The umbracoUrlAlias works perfectly here, on a reasonably fresh 4.5.1 install.
Probably something I missed in the changelog. I will try this and report back here. Thanks Sebastiaan
And indeed it is solved in 4.5.1
The changelog states the following (wich I missed completly): 27934 Accessing Aliased Node second time fails
this relates to the following issue on codeplex: http://umbraco.codeplex.com/workitem/27934
