JUst found this one in 4.0.4.2, not sure if its an issue with 4.5, s I haven't had time to test it yet (anyone with a spare 5 minutes, feel free to try it).
In Templates, if you have two templates with the same name in the same level, e.g.
Base Template - Sub Template - Sub Sub Template -Sub Template
Then all sorts of issues kick off. Firstly, the ability to access ANY template via URL aliasing breaks and returns a 404, even if the the template you are trying to access isn't one of the duplicate ones. Next, you can't edit document types any more, you get a server error in the main panel when you try and edit one. Some of the edit content pages also throw an error.
It probably wouldn't be an issue for most people, but it came up in a site this morning, so I thought I'd mention it. Should be pretty easy to add a check to stop duplicate names, like we do with content pages etc.
I inadvertently created a duplicate template name at the same level. Now I cannot delete the templates with identical names, I can not delete a document type that uses that template name. It appears that I must delete my database and start all over... not good.
