Installing freezes on creating db tables

Installing freezes at 35% while creating db tables. I tried 2 times but dont know what to do.

Same thing happening to me on 4.6.1. I'm using MS SQL 2008. I've tried multiple times with no success.

UPDATE - I followed instructions I found at http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/install-and-setup/how-to-install-umbraco-on-windows-server-2008

I added db_ddladmin and db_securityadmin the user mappings and it wound up working. Odd, since I've never done that before. Hope this helps someone.

Thanks, that did help me finish the install at least. However I agree it is odd...why is this needed? I suspect this unique configuration would not be possible in a shared hosting environment, limiting the practical application of umbraco.
