Yeah, the search here on the forum have been quite messed up the last couple of weeks, but I'm sure the admins know about it. Especially because of the message in the top of the page: "Search is currently acting up. We are doing our best to get it tweaked and improved as soon as possible."
Project tags not searchable?
It looks like the search feature here on our.umbraco.org has suffered in regards to searching projects.
If I search for Media I get no search results and I ought to get several http://our.umbraco.org/search?q=media&content=project
Might this be related to the Lucene error that occurred a while back when saving a project http://our.umbraco.org/forum/ourumb-dev-forum/bugs/16989-Error-when-updating-project

But until the search works fine again you can always browse the projects by the tag cloud here: http://our.umbraco.org/projects/tag/all
