    You'll need to either turn on the debugging in the web.config (see the instructions on the error) or look into Event Viewer which will also show the error.

    I'd suggest that you don't use Umbraco 3.0.6 though, it's not a supported version any more, you really should upgrade to v4.0.2.1 (current stable).
