Video subscription extended?

Hi,

Did anyone who bought a video subscription earlier in the year have it extended as per Niels blog post?

I had 6 months which should have doubled to twelve but I'm locked out!

I've tried directly emailing the site a couple of times with no success - I checked on here to see if it was just my account that had slipped under the radar.

That sounds like a huge mistake - the subscription should have been doubled. I'll check!
