    passing section name to title tag in admin

    I have added a new section in Umbraco admin. I need to pass that section name to the title tag of the page , which page should I edit to do so. I have tried out umbraco.aspx page and did edit the title tag but its not working.Which page should I edit? and how will I pass the section name to the title tag.
