I subscribed last month to video subscription and it let me view them for a while but for some reason, and yes I am logged in; it only shows 3 minutes on any of them. I sent an email to Umbraco but never got a reply. Is there anyway to communicate with someone at Umbraco that handles problematic subscriptions? I'd call but I'm in the USA and am not sure what a good time to call would be.
Sorry, I missed your e-mail - my bad! I've just checked and the subscription is tied to your account but you had two logins. I've tried to clear the other one, so please try again and let me know on nh at umbraco dk if you still have any issues!
