Yellow screen of death if you put a duplicate tag on your project

I was editing the tags on my project and accidentally added a tag twice, when I hit save I got the yellow screen of death.

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_cmsTagRelationship'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.cmsTagRelationship'.

Which version was it fixed in? I'm using v 4.5.2 and still getting this error.

Hi All,

just wondering if this was fixed as I'm still getting it.. using umbraco v 4.0.4.1 and latest blog package

the tags are also inserting a blank tag too
