Having found the duplicate tag bug, I thought I'd do a bit more testing.
It seems that if you put a < character in your project or in the tags (should have been more systematic in my testing!)
You cause the site all sorts of problems.
i.e.
When trying to edit the project
This all seems to have knackered the tag cloud. Sorry wasn't expecting the result to be quite as spectacular!

Putting special characters in your project causes yellow screen
Having found the duplicate tag bug, I thought I'd do a bit more testing.
It seems that if you put a < character in your project or in the tags (should have been more systematic in my testing!)
You cause the site all sorts of problems.
i.e.
Name cannot begin with the '<' character, hexadecimal value 0x3C. Line 59, position 48.
