Can anyone do a quick sanity check for me,if you have a fresh install of 6.1.3, can you try scheduling a node to publish using 'Publish At'
I'm finding that the node appears 'published in the tree'
but if you look in the umbraco.config, this is not being refreshed, and so the node doesn't appear at the scheduled publish time.
Similarly I'm finding if I Unpublish a node using 'Remove At' the node appears unpublished in the tree, but node remains in umbraco.config file, and appears 'published' on the site.
