New version of Umbraco and uBootstrap search issue

Hi,

I have installed new version of Umbraco i.e. v6.1.3 also using uBootsrtap.

Actual Search results not showing, only showing this " No matches were found for 'about' ". Can someone please give me a right solution. Appreciate your support.
