I have an umbraco instance which has stopped working and is causing .Net runtime error to be thrown ever time I try and access the URL. I can't even bring up the umbraco backend.
The eventlog shows the following error:
Source: .Net Runtime 2.0 Error
Description:Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.3959,
Details: Windows Server 2003 running IIS6
I can't find anymore details of what is going wrong. Anyone have any experience with similar issues?
Problem solved... (Well kind of). I have replaced our umbracoSettings.config with the default one and know everything is working. I will go back and try and identify what was causing the problem.
