    passwordStrengthRegularExpression doesn't have any effect

    I'm trying to enforce password rules and assume that assigning to the passwordStrengthRegularExpression attribute is the correct place to do it. However this doesn't have any effect either on the users or the members. How can i enfore a password rule such as length and required characters for both users of umbraco admin and members.
