I'm using Umbraco v7.2.1 and trying to localize the tinyMCE editor without any success. In vain I change the culture of my user in the backoffice to whatever except English, the editor remains English.
It seems to me that the language js files under /umbraco_client/Tinymce3/Langs/ folder are completely ignored, since I deleted all of them and I still saw the editor being in English.

If you think it's a bug you should create an issue at http://issues.umbraco.org/issues if it's not already been created by someone else :)
