    New projects should have a forum by default

    Currently, if someone creates a new project, and they don't have a twitter name in your profile, there's no way to contact the author with questions.

    Also, I have to create a new forum for every package that I create myself. This is a bit tedious.

    I suggest that whenever you create a new project, a forum gets added automatically AND the creator of the project gets automatically subscribed to that forum.
