oidc client integration with existing Umbraco webpage

I am quite new to umbraco and currently trying to integrate oidc client into an existing Umbraco webpage that I do not have source code for (was created about 7 years ago).
Would there be any preferred way how to integrate oidc client (either c# or js) into existing website that does not have source code so it needs to be added via umbraco? I have tried xslt so far but it does not seem to be wanting to work with async methods.
