I have a Umbraco 7.2.6 installation and I have a problem that images sometimes just disappear. The image is still shown in Umbraco > media, in the list, but when clicking on in, there is no image under "Upload image", it is just the "image icon" followed by the path to the (non existing) image...
If i select Choose File and upload the same file again and press save, the image appears on my web page again, but it is annoying to have to do this every 3 weeks or so...
Does any body have experienced the same problem or might know what to do to solve it?
