suddenly, all usercontrols on our website stopped rendering
when i load the properties of the macro in the backend i get this error:

Did you by any chance install and remove a pakkage ?
I had something simular and found that some files remained on the site after removing the pakkage.

packages didn't cause it, we did find it though, it appears someone copied an entire masterpage into a resource file.
