Hi,
If i upload and save a image or file, then the record is inserted in the table cmspropertydate.It is working fine.But if i save and publish, then the duplicate record got inserted but with different versionid.How to avoid the duplicate record?

Hi Pritish, welcome to the Umbraco forum!
The 'duplicate' records are there to keep a version history (and audit trail) of the content/document.
If you absolutely don't want to have the version history, then you can use a package called UnVersion to clean-up the previous versions.
