    Hi Anis

This question is a big one, but a good start is to download http://our.umbraco.org/projects/creative-website-starter-%28cws%29 and see how it's been put together

    Hi Anis,

If you go to the 'Settings' section you will be able to edit all CSS, JS and template files. The template files are represented as standard ASP.NET *.master pages.

    Hi Anis

As Chris says, the section you want to be looking at is "settings".  Here's (the abridged version of) how I usually work:

    1. Build the static html templates, using /css for styles and /scripts for js
    2. Build up the document types that the site/templates requires
    3. Create templates in umbraco using master pages and insert my static html
    4. replace static elements with necessary umbraco page fields, xslt macros etc

A good start would be umbraco.tv. There are a couple of free videos that may help you get started at http://umbraco.tv/documentation/videos/for-site-builders/foundation/document-types

    Good luck

The CWS website also has some documentation that will help you out greatly.
