Just created a new install of 4.0.3 on my local server (IIS 5.1). Everything looks good. Was able to install packages (including dll's, xslts, controls, etc) so permissions seem to be working correctly.
When I click to save changes to a template, nothing happens. No error in the bottom right, nothing.
I downloaded Log Manager and checked my error logs, and I see the following listed below.

man, whatever code I posted hosed the design. I'd delete it, but alas, I can't.
