When I trying to delete content node, sometimes Umbraco selecting incorrect node and trying to delete it.

    • I tried to delete ‘new_internal link’ node, but Umbraco trying to delete its parent node.

    • Tried to delete ‘new_Article01’ node, but Umbraco trying to delete ‘latest_update_01’ node which has already deleted from the system.

    Below mentioned enviroment is used

    Umbraco Version - Umbraco 4.0.3
    asp.net version - 3.5
    Windows  - Windows 2003

    iis version - 6.0

    Chandima,

This is a known issue in 4.0.3.  I have the same issue sometimes.  The easiest way to get around it is either left-clicking on the node then right-clicking and selecting delete or right-clicking on your Home node and then selecting Reload Nodes then trying to delete the node you want.

If I remember correctly, this gets fixed in 4.1.
